Follow up Telemedicine / Phone Appointments  $42.50   (0 – 15 min)
$90  (15 – 30 min)
Additional minutes past 30 min are $3.00 per minute

International phone charges, which may differ from country to country, may apply.
Acupuncture

(35-55 min)		$140                     
Late Cancellations:   Unapproved cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of scheduled appointments are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee
